Goodbye 2022 – Hello 2023
Hello Everyone 👋,

Long time no see!
I started so many posts tis and last year but I didn’t finish or post 😕; I went to go edit a few and post them but apparently they weren’t saved. It is quite frustrating when that happens. I couldn’t post them right away because I was on my phone and though it is great to write on the app all the editing needs to be done on a pc. Otherwise it would look like a the post was drunk. Speaking from experience. I had posted a few from my phone before but then had to re do them. I wasn’t near a pc for quite some time. Which is odd since anyone who knows me knows I love computers and enjoy gamming and writing on them. Sometimes life likes to get in the way of your plans and if you have not experiences this then you are truly blessed. We had a couple of family emergencies starting in July lasting till now.
My baby sister went missing. She is indeed not a baby anymore but she is previous to me all the same. She didn’t know who she was and every time we found her she would disappear again. Finally she was found and taken in for observation and they diagnosed her with Alcohol-Induced Psychosis. https://www.banyanmentalhealth.com/2019/06/03/what-is-alcohol-induced-psychosis/
She had quite challenging adventure from July till the end of December. Alcohol is not something people should take for granted. I know not everyone is alcoholics, but it is still a mind altering substance. It was scary how much it changed her personality and she didn’t know who or where she was for most those moths among other things. If you drink alcohol you need to be careful this doesn’t happen to you especially if you are on other meds. I can not go deeper into the story it is not mine to tell but I needed to tell that part, not just for your sake if you drink, but also because it was such a miracle how God took care of her. He was with her everywhere she went, getting her the help she needed and restoring her to not her former self but better then she was before. I am still in awe of how God did it.
Let this be an example for you. Don’t wait till you are in trouble to change how you do things you should start taking care of yourself now. If you are depressed or addicted to something you shouldn’t be because of depression I am praying for you…. Depression is real and not everyone can recognize the signs. You may not even recognize you are depressed. The battles of life are real even if they don’t seem as valid to some as they do to you. A problem is a problem an issue is an issue…. How we deal with them is up to us.
This is good advice …..
You are a fighter a warrior a survivor! Even if you can not see it. Look at all you have accomplished so far. It may not seem a lot to you but it is a lot more then you would have done if you didn’t do anything. I used to be very hard on myself comparing myself to others asking God why them and not me? But I am not them nor are they me. We all have unique gifts and talents even if you do not see them others do and God does. If you realize it or not you impact other peoples lives by your actions lack of actions, choices, and words. You leave lasting impressions you may never realize you do. As I say often we are windows. Constantly watched examples if we want to be or not. I am not saying this to add more pressure to you but its the truth. Another truth is you are loved! You may not feel loved or be around people who seem to appreciate you but you are loved. You are appreciated you are special! If you see it or not it is a fact! I strongly believe that! John 10 :10 says The devil comes only to steal kill and to destroy but I ( Jesus) Comes to bring life and to bring it abundantly! God / Jesus / The HolySpirit want you to be happy they want you you be healthy and whole . They want you you to succeed. They want your life to be full of blessings and well full of goodness. There is a real enemy out there who wants to see you fail fall down and to even die……. If you believe that or not I believe it to be true.

Anything you do to better your life that you can do; do it! Be it as simple as getting out of bed, (if you can I know not everyone has that option) calling a friend, making dinner, going to the store and buying supplies, maybe sneak five dollars into someone’s hand anything you do- do it knowing you are taking steps to improve your life. I have seen how bad it can be for some who can not do anything physically, I have been there too. Every day I live I am grateful to have life even when it is hard. I try to do something to better my future every day even if it is just reaching out to some one i care about and encouraging them. Your life is your life and it is what you make of it. I know some things can not be changed or moved at the time but you can prepare for when they can be and work on bettering yourself and who you want to be. So when you can go where you want or be who you want to be with ect you will be ready. When you are faced with a bad situation you have a choice how to react. tho we are human and we have emotions but we should do our best to react best or respond then best we can. If we failed then we fix it tot he best of our abilities.
One thing I have learned the most these past few years is no matter how much we plan things happen that are out of our control. Yes we need to do what we can to fix or help but where we cant do things like force someone to take care of themselves, we have to give it to God. It is not up to us to fix everything and honestly it is impossible. I found when I stopped trying to handle everything by myself and started asking God to take over things started moving and I started changing for the better. Just some food for thought. Prayer works and you are loved. Jesus is your friend as much as he is mine, he was born, lived, died and lived again for us. For you! If you do not know Jesus Christ as your friend I suggest you read the book of John in the Bible along with Ephesians, and 1John. Here is a great online bible with a app you can use for free https://www.biblegateway.com/
Goodbye 2022 and Hello 2023!
Merry Christ mamas and Happy new year everyone!
God bless you today and always!

You are a Warrior!
Hey You-
Yes you. Guess what…. You are a warrior! Did you know that? I don’t say that lightly. I mean it whole heartedly. Life may have treated you badly. You may have been bullied. You possibly were: physically, mentally, emotionally, or even – sexually abused. You may have had a tragedy or two happen. You mY have a physical problem, or health isues… (maybe all the above.) Well I’m talking to you…. Yes, you….
Those experiences, or situations you have gone through don’t make you weak. They are not your fault, and God is not punishing you!
Mathew 9:10-13 <New American Standard Bible -NASB> Then it happened that as Jesus was reclining at the table in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and were dining with Jesus and His disciples. When the Pharisees saw this, they said to His disciples, “Why is your Teacher eating with the tax collectors and sinners?” But when Jesus heard this, He said, “It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick. But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire compassion, and not sacrifice,’ for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”
Maybe you thought that God was mad at you, or you had bad karma… Well I want to set that straight…. Take a deep breath… This next part may be hard for you…
You need to tell others how you are feeling or when you are in need. If you don’t speak up and tell someone what’s going on. We can’t help you. Speaking out or asking for help. It takes great courage. Doing so it is important. PLEASE talk to some. Because- You matter, you are important, and you are loved.
It really angers me when I learn of people hurting others. Especially if it is physical or sexual violence. My mamma bear wants to come out and retaliate. I have been witness to some really bad people’s actions. It makes me cry for those who are hurt and hurting. Knowing how I feel about it, and knowing God loves us all <John 3:16> I can’t imagine how much more it pains God to see his children suffering an hurting each other.
If you have suffered from anything its not from God. <John 10:10> You are a survivor! You are a warrior!!! Use the trails you have been through to encourage and help others. Just being you and living your day to day life, you are an inspiration!
You are strong, you are loved and you are not alone! You are a warrior!!!

Lets be Honest….
Hello Dear friends,
I haven’t been writing here or on www.deeplyrootedinhim.wprdpress.com for several reasons…. I have been very busy catching up on the ”Deeply Rooted In Him” – Book, which will be the next one I will Publish. I was stuck with a particular chapter for a little bit. Along with fighting personal battles: sickness, depression, and loneliness. I know all the Bible verses and but you have to choose joy vs sadness and that you have to stay tough. Even though I feel like I’ve been beaten up by circumstances, people, the devil over the many years I’ve lived. The Devil comes only to Steal from you, to Kill you , and to Destroy You! But I (Jesus) comes to bring you Life and to Bring it Abundantly! ~John 10:10
I don’t know id you are anything like me but I hate being sick I really really Hate it! I feel so limited and restricted from so many things I would rather be doing. However, it has given me the opportunity to gather my self control (because let’s be honest we all lose it at times and believe the Devils lies that we aren’t good enough, that the world is against us etc.) I needed this time to help me refocus my energy and mind towards God so the can put on the armor that I’m supposed to wear .
(Ephesians 6)
And to keep fighting through life’s challenges. I wasn’t going to say any of this to anyone but I feel it would be better to be honest and possibly help someone then to keep it to myself. It’s really hard to bear your inner thoughts and emotions that sometimes we people need to confide in someone. Especially for me, I am so used to putting on a Strong front and pretending all is well… That way others don’t worry about me, pity me, or use my weakness against me. But writing the books where I am telling my life story have helped me become more open. I choose you my friend’s. I’m not asking you to pick up my burdens. I gave them to God and let them go. I am just saying We need to stick together and build each other up. That’ is how I believe God made us to be. Lets be honest we all could do more then we are doing, we all need to encourage each other, watch our words towards each other. My always says that she doesn’t want to have wasteful words… Meaning words that only bring waste and poison int to others lives. Neither do I. It is a challenge.
Proverbs 18:21 – Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
Moe Bible Verses About Power Of The Tongue
I know when I get into the habit of complaining it is hard to get out of… I am glad to say I haven’t been in that havib for a while. When you let depression and dark thoughts control your emotions its really hard to beak free. So don’t go there if you can help it. Then suddenly today I found this picture today and it was perfect for what I need and I hope it will be perfect for what you need.
I’m still fighting sickness but I’ll be better soon in Jesus name! I’ve been working on getting closer to God on a one on one level. With all that I’ve been thinking a lot about where I have been and where I am now… Were am I now?? I thought for sure I was lost and going no where… That I haven’t done anything worth anything in years… Well that’ not true tho… Let me ask you – How often do you feel that way? How often do you wonder if what your doing has any purpose? Living is your purpose, doing the best that you can with what you have been given by God. I can’t tell you what your calling is, someday’s I am not sure what mine is. But I refuse to let life’s troubles keep me down no matter how bad things get. My life history is proof of that. ~hugs~ If you need a friend I am here for you. Please let me know if my blogs are something you enjoy reading. I cold use your encouragement and feedback. Thank you♥
God bless you today and always!

My First Public Appearance
After two moths of planing and about $400.00 I had my first public appearance at a Spring Festival in Washington stare May 29 – May 31! The whole thing was a roller coaster ride of emotions. about a year ago I made he decision I would have a booth at the local festivals during the 2015 summer. I have a local friend Who just started her own business Selling ‘Clever Container’ products. https://www.facebook.com/JennifersCleverTreasures We decided to share a booth together. We dd our research and plans and before we knew it the summer had snuck up on us! Which split the registration and insurance fees. It was a lot more work then I expected it to be. Not only was I getting my stuff ready I was also her Business Consultant. ( My consulting page: https://www.facebook.com/A.Novel.Life )
I helped her get started setting up her page, creating her labels, Creating her Banner and more. When I was done with her stuff I realized how much I had to do still. Buying the books, a Banner Business Cards, Magnets, Demo products, Things to sell at the fest besides books to draw attention and of course we needed an Event Shelter. I bought a nice Yellow 12×12 $299.00 Colman for sale for $99.00.
When all that was settled we passed out fliers with in the county and handed out more then 50 businesses cards each. Honestly that was more then I expected to. Since I was going for it I decoded I wanted to raise awareness and collect donations for #ACHA and #MendedLittleHearts Because I am 1 out of 11o born with a heart defect.
When The day finally came to set up we were freaking out nervous! We decided to go early despite peoples suggestions which was a great thing because we got to choose our booth location at the Festival! With two separate businesses She took one side and I took the other but before we could set up our tables we needed to set up the tent. It isn’t a quick popup (which wold be a great Idea) When we first opened the tent bag We were surprised at how many poles and parts there were and we became over whelmed… Thank God my sister Amanda and her Husband were with us she is great at reading instructions. When we got it half way set up it looked like it wasn’t going to be taller then 3ft.. We started to panic… Jennifer called a local store to see if they had a 10×10 for sale…She was about to go get it with my brother-in-law when Amanda and I decided to keep setting up the tent just to be sure…. To out surprise and relief…… We gained the height we needed it was about 5’11 on the inside but it had lower sides to keep the sun out. Extremely pleased and tears and broken wallets averted we began to set up out sides of the booths. ^_^ All in all set up took about 4 hours, we were so glad we had decided to come early. We had a few issues with how to tie the banners and arrange the tables, once that was settled it all fell into place.
It was a high heat weekend and our helpers canceled due to the heat and illness so It was just her with her kids and I there for the three days. We decided to leave the big stuff but to take our important stuff home at night because of the stories we heard about thievery. And we used used every mussel we had doing so every morning and night. It took us about an hour set up and tear down time and by the last night we felt like pro’s. We made sure to come early and to stay late so we got great parking spots for he loading and unloading. But all in all despite the heat and sore mussels it was I think a great success. Jennifer who had a lot of great products was able to get the word out for future home parties. Due to the extreme heat There were not many people at the event as they had hoped for.. All the booths said they suffered costs due to the lack of people.
I truly am glad I did this I leaned a lot and I feel like I took the next step getting the word out about my books. I sold more then I thought and I met some really interesting people. I do have some tips tho if you are planning on doing your own event:
*One -Make sure you limit how much you will bring – less really is more. If you have to many things people won’t know what to look at first and your tables could look over crowded. Pulse your mussels will thank you later. One of the Booths near us was complaining about how little he sold and he kept trying to pawn off stuff to us.
*Two – Have a idea what you want your booth to look like so when set up time comes you aren’t panicking. Three make sure you come early no matter what they say. First come first serve is most event’s motto. We had quite a few people people upset because they came late and didn’t get to put their tents where they wanted. People were walking though the event before moat booths were set up we made most our sales in the mornings and evenings.
*Three – Know the location where you will be, and prep what you may need such as: Bandaids, water, food, food money, sun block, tape scissors, a coat if indoors, etc.
*Four and most important You have to talk to the people walking by, some will just pretend they don’t see you but others would have passed by if i had not said Hi. Don’t be a robot be yourself smile and be friendly. I don’t want to push my book on anyone It is quite personal but when I got over being shy (which is not the usually me) and I actually started talking to people I started getting more people. Be careful not to miss people who want to buy something tho because you talking to other people make sure you say Hi to everyone.
*Five Be – friend your tent neighbors. We were so lucky to be nest to some really nice guys, one a tent from Dish Network, and there was a Guy from Final Fight Radio. Which was nice because us bring to ladies in a crowed there were times when we needed them. Like when the drunk homeless guy wouldn’t leave. Or our last night when we had only half the help we had when we set up. We all helped each other out. The last thing you want at the event is enemies.
*Six- Don’t forget tables and Chairs… We shared the extra chairs we had with a neighbor booth.
*Seven- DO NOT Bring anything you cannot do alone. If its just you keep it super simple for set up and tear down. There were only about three tents with ony one person. But like I said you befriend others they will help you out most likely.
Don’t give up on your dreams no matter how long it takes you! You are awesome! That’s all I have to say other then I wish you could have been there if you weren’t and to those of you who were and who bought something – Thank you so much for coming it was great seeing you!

What is our Worth….
Let me ask you – How often do you wonder if what your doing has any purpose and meaning? How often do you question what your life is worth? To many people don’t see their own worth…. My aunt as an example. She was a: kind, smart, talented, caring, and fun actress who touched so many people ones she knew and didn’t ever meet. Sadly she never grasped her worth. She was so hard on herself, She would say I wish I could do better or was better. She was a wonderful woman who brought joy to so many. she touched so many lives in such great ways… Yet she didn’t value herself much.
We all live different lives, we all are unique individuals and we all have impact on others. It could be in our: local community; an online community – games, forums,chat-rooms, Facebook, YouTube instagram twitter, work; school; church; family; etc… Anytime you talk to someone else you are effecting or affecting their lives and day in some way. Do you make people smile? Or do you tear people down.. But….. He/she treats me like…… That doesn’t matter your not measuring their worth, you are measuring ours… We have need to take responsibly and be accountable how we treat others. You want to know what your worth is? Look at how you treat others..
We may say: I am who I am? I just want to be myself why do I have to be nice… The bible say treat others as you want to be treated. (Luke6:31) Even if you don’t believe in the Bible or God, it is a good rule to live by. So let me ask you – How do you want others to treat you? Sadly others may not threat you kind and there are some who will never treat you the way you wish they would… But that doesn’t affect your Value! So what if there is one person who doesn’t appreciate you… If you see it or not there are people who you touch.
Lets talk about our appearance next. Are we what society says is: overweight, thin, sexy, tall, short, beautiful, handsome, homely, athletic, etc? What else do they say about us? Wait!!!!!!!! That’s labeling!!! We may fit into one of those categories but that does not define our worth! Those labels can act as boosters or most common as restraints. We tie ourselves down by what others say we are or what we can do. We need to stop doing that. Because let me tell you Your worth is un-measurable, your value is priceless!
It doesn’t matter what you do, how you or how you look. Only you an decide your importance, our value, our worth. We are invaluable, Priceless, irreplaceable, precious, incomparable, unequaled.
I challenge you to do as I am doing: Tell yourself you are important, you are beautiful, handsome, sexy, and awesome! Tell yourself you can succeed and that you wont give up on whatever you are reaching for. DO it as often as you need to and you will start to be happier. We all get emotional and have down days but its just a moment in time, and it will pass. Stay strong and don’t be afraid to talk to others when you need encouragement and support. You have purpose and meaning. No one can be better you, you are un-matched.
I love ya – don’t forget you are awesome!!!

Dear CHD Surviors
#CHD (Congenital heart defects) Grow up to be #ACHD (Adult’s with Congenital heart defects) If you have a CHD, you are a Survivor! Just like me. We are all born special in some way or another. Don’t let your CHD hold you back! We all have a purpose, we all touch lives and we help others in our own special way That God gave us… CHD may limit us physically but it can’t stop you! Thank God Your purpose isn’t mine, because without your unique gifts and talents, some of us may not have lived.. Don’t let others put standards and limits to what you can do. Only you can decide
If you are looking for a work out, or looking to help out anyways.. Seems they added a lot more options to the and websites since last year. This is awesome! #MendedLittleHearts #ACHA #FightToLive http://www.congenitalheartwalk.org/ —I encourage you to get involved in someway..
New Years Eve 2013 Open your heart.
Hello Dear Friends,
Wow what a crazy year it has been…. I can not believe all that has happened this year… This year seems like it was several years all wrapped up into one.. I forget what all I’ve written about… Last year I was angry and upset, I was lost and confused, I was drained and empty feeling, and it lasted up till November this year. I had a lot of falling outs with people and a lot of misunderstandings. I learned I suck at explaining things in words. I should stick to writing.. lol.. Even then is hard to express myself. I am happy now. I gave up trying to make things perfect, now I am just enjoying what life dishes out. What God has for me… That is really the best way to go… Falling into God’s will helped me fall back into my dreams and my joy. My passion is to help people via my written work and by me being me. That makes me happy…
I lost a lot this year but I gained so much in return. For the first time in many years I’m happy with who I am… I keep telling you: Only you can make yourself happy. And that’s mostly true.. If you lean to let go of all the hurt and stress you hold inside, and Let God in, is one way. Another is you can choose to be happy, choose to look for the good in every bad situation. Only you know what is holding you back and keeping you down…. Also having that someone who has faith in you and is constantly encouraging you and helping you makes a huge difference. I don’t know what I’d do without those awesome people in my life…
I may wear my heart on my sleeve, but its because I want you all to feel loved. There are so many different kinds of Love…. And I love you all. My heart was made big just so I could love you all. 😛 Some of you settle for just Like… Being liked is good enough… But you are better than that. You deserve to be loved… No one is perfect… We all mess up… That doesn’t mean we don’t deserve love….
I don’t know what I was planing on saying, I don’t know if anyone even reads this… Take this next year with a seed of hope.. Don’t let last year get you down. Tomorrow is a new day -wait better yet- a New Year!! So —- Make new choices… Make good changes to your life that will make you happier.. Don’t wait till midnight to do so. Do it tonight. Every one is suffering in one way or another, everyone has issues, some worse then yours believe it or not.. You are blessed and lucky to have what you do… If I could ask you to do only one thing and you would’ I’d ask you to let you wall down and let people in… We are made to need people… So many complain about not finding love…. But if you won’t let your walls down to let anyone in then it will never happen… I don’t just mean your one true love, it counts for friends and family love too… If you stay guarded, no one can get close… And you will keep staying empty and lonely.
Don’t Give up on your dreams, fight for them, I don’t believe anything worth doing or reaching comes easy….. If only it was…. Then life would be boring?? :p
Thanks for all the great memories this year, and the adventures God….. I thank you for tomorrow and t new year you are giving us… I pray it brings Joy, closure, togetherness, and fulfillment like never before!!!!
My biggest accomplishment this year was getting closer to God and publishing my personal short story

Life Is a Gift!
Hello My Dear Readers,
Life is so precious, and so many people go through each day taking it for granted. They miss the simplicity and beauty of everyday things like a cool breeze blowing past; the sun and moon rising and setting; the endless blanket of stars, shimmering in the dark sky; the unique variety, charm and even humor in all the creatures, plants, and bugs; the collage of colors all around us: in the earth, and in art. Let us not forget the poetic beauty of people. We all have wants, dreams, goals, fears, insecurities, good qualities and bad …At times we all fail to stop and enjoy every sweet moment life presents us, we get so caught up in worries and needs, we forget what we have, or received… We can easily forget what is really important. It’s those moments that make life worth living…If you are blessed with people in your life that you care about; make time for them, tell them how much you love them. Time is limited! There is always stuff going on, always something that has to be done…Reasons to be sad, or upset….Don’t wait for the perfect time, a clean house, etc… You don’t know what tomorrow may bring. Good or bad, one should try and make the most of every day! Every chance they get to share time or things with the ones they love….. Bad things happen, we are not unbreakable, people move, and pass on to heaven or hell. I don’t mean to be morbid and a lot of people don’t think about the possibility of no tomorrow, or no more life with that person or people we cherish… Life can change suddenly; are you happy with your current choices? Don’t live in the past or dwell on things you can’t change…. Look to the future and aspire to make the most out of what you have…. You may not know me, or what I have gone though, that is ok… You don’t need to in order to understand what I am saying… I’ve been through hell and back, and I wouldn’t wish that on any one… So please learn from me. Don’t live without joy… When you wake up, be glad you woke up! Be glad you have a new day with new opportunities, new chances… Take time to think things over before doing them…. “Is that persons bad attitude worth upsetting my good mood”, “will I regret doing or not doing this?”, “will this make them happy or mad”, “will this help or make things worse”, Get the picture? It is a lot easier said than done, but choose not to waste a minute of your life. It is good to relax and have fun, it’s important to your health to do your best not stress… I know how important it is to embrace life… Everything can change in the blink of an eye… Don’t fret the little things, but look for the light shining through the rain cloud instead.
I have met so many people who have been very sad lately, and some very good reasons to be… But don’t let your sadness cloud your life, and don’t let it steal your joy…. Do not let yourself get lost in a hole of disrepair, hate, resentment, or anger… You are such a special person and are such a blessing to this world…. I pray you find your purpose, your joy and take time to smell the roses…. Because life is such a gift, such a blessing that so many people don’t get the pleasure of living…. Life is the ultimate adventure, the ultimate challenge!!!
I challenge you to make the most of your life, not for me but for yourself… I wish you find joy with living even though life can be complicated and very rough…..
God bless you abundantly!!! ~John 10:10
