Hello, it has been a while… Welcome back!!
First of all I want to say that I am sorry for not posting more. Even tho writing gives me joy and fulfillment, I just haven’t had the desire for it as of late. I’ve been dealing with a lot of emotions and life changes. My heart is still healing from the losses this year. I won’t go into them at this time, I will in the future. I did not want my work to be brought down to the level I was on. It is not is place I wish anyone to be in. Not only that but there is real chaos going on in our country and world.
Usually I do a reflection of the year and all things good for Christmas. Then around New Year’s I discuss all that I want to see and accomplish. I had full intention of doing just that. Evey time I tried, I just couldn’t put my thoughts and feelings into words. Honestly, my heart just wasn’t in it. I did start and do still have some blog drafts.
However, they are not really life related. Mostly all just game talk. I’m sure those will be fun. I’ll get around to posting them probably in Febuarry. I again I just haven’t had the desire to write. Shoker I know!! Here’s why…
God willing. I say that very seriously. So much is going on right now the last thing on my mind has been sitting at a computer. Every day is so important and every person is a gift. I am still fighting my own sadness. Yet also saddened by all the hate and division going on right now all around the world.
It isn’t right nor healthy… I was raised that our words and our actions matter… That we have to be productive, and responsible. We have to be people of our word, loyal, honest, and examples of Jesus’s love. Why? Because it is right – Because it makes a difference and Because it is what would Horner God. He sent Jesus His so for us to be blessed out of love. (John3:16) We are to treat others how we wish to be treated. You say you may not care… But I thinks you do… No-one likes being neglected and treated poorly.
You nay not feel like you deserve love, nor feel loved. However you are loved and no one does. That’s why Jesus did what he did for us!!!
Now back to tbe chaos…. I still have a strong faith in God. Despite all the drama, and conflicts going around. It is so much more then a game of he said she said. People are attacking people, friends turning aginst one another over various reasons big and small. An example being: difference of opinion. I don’t want nor approve of violence or hate crimes.
People are not communicating well, even on the same sides. Things are being taken out of content and some are being cut off and silenced. For what? I am truly scared of the future at hand. We all have a choices to make…
I am not happy about all the forced silences going on. It just doesn’t feel right. No matter what side your on. Violence and muteing has never been a good thing in my opinion. I won’t go further into that. I am glad I can freely share my words with you all still. I love our country and I’m very concerned about the future of it. We all have choices to make.
All I can do is be myself, stay positive, stay strong and keep praying. I hope we find some positive chances soon. Remember that you matter. You may not feel like you do, but I’m telling you that you are a treasure. You may not see it but the ones around you do. Even if they don’t tell you. I am telling you right now-
I encourage you to seek reasons to smile. Even if the reasons are small. Remind those you care about how much they matter to you as well. Try not to stay angry or hurt others on purpose. Treat others how you wish to be treated. Every day you wake up is gift. It may not be easy but we have to move forward. We do that one step at a time. We may not be happy and hardships are sure to come. But you can move forward if you choose to. It is harder to let life pass you by and have regrets Dont live a life of regret and anger.
We have to encourage eachother and set good examples of Christ Jesus’s love. Be sure sisters and brothers in Christ we are being watched and judged. We are humans but we are called to spread the gospel and we can only do so by developing a personal reallationship, truly knowing Jesus as our friend and reading God’s word the Bible.
Thank you for stopping by and giving me a moment if your time to share my thoughts and feelings with you. I am truly grateful for you.
Hello all Good Day!
How are you doing? Especially with all the chaos and stresses that are going on with the crazy world right now. I know this year is extra rough for our family. Especially for mom and I. Not only did we loose my dad in April, after he survived so many trials so suddenly… We also lost some pets. My one of my parents twin cats, mainly my dad’s ran away, or or was abducted Early June… We’re still hoping she will come back. Then my Great Dane and best friend passed away less then a month ago. Talk about rough… I understand that some people may have it worse but this is extremely painful 💔 😢.
That’s not all of what’s been going on. I’m not going to mention the little things. Our whole family is struggling with so much right now… Mom’s been really strong. My parent’s are my real life heros for a reason. We were both in a deep depression. We are doing better tho. Taking it one day at a time. This depression was the 2nd worst I’ve been through. The thing about depression is you seem ok at some points then you get knocked down and out of nowhere. Its like a panic attack or anxiety attack without having the full symptoms. You feel numb, trapped, like a shell of a person, if even a person. Maybe a you are robot… I told my man. It’s like I have theses support walls up, but inside theres nothing but broken rubble. For the past several years I’ve been taking care and supporting my dad. We were very close and were together most of the day until he got better. Then he started doing his own stuff but it didn’t last long. He suddenly had cancer and ended up leaving us because of heart failure. Anyways…
It sounds funny but Frozen 2 actually helped us, especially my mom. Mainly Ana’s song “The Next Right Thing”
“The Next Right Thing” lyrics:
I’ve seen dark before, but not like this
This is cold, this is empty, this is numb
The life I knew is over, the lights are out
Hello, darkness, I’m ready to succumb
I follow you around, I always have
But you’ve gone to a place I cannot find
This grief has a gravity, it pulls me down
But a tiny voice whispers in my mind
You are lost, hope is gone
But you must go on
And do the next right thing
Can there be a day beyond this night?
I don’t know anymore what is true
I can’t find my direction, I’m all alone
The only star that guided me was you
How to rise from the floor?
But it’s not you I’m rising for
Just do the next right thing
Take a step, step again
It is all that I can to do
The next right thing
I won’t look too far ahead
It’s too much for me to take
But break it down to this next breath, this next step
This next choice is one that I can make
So I’ll walk through this night
Stumbling blindly toward the light
And do the next right thing
And, with it done, what comes then?
When it’s clear that everything will never be the same again
Then I’ll make the choice to hear that voice
And do the next right thing

Neither of us could have gone through this alone. Not without the help from God / Jesus / The Holy Spirit, our loved ones and our friends. We still gave a long way to go but we are all pressing forward one step at a time with lots of love and prayers.
I am starting to remember who I was and who I am subosoed to be. I want to hold on to that.
Remember matter what your doing this week, working or playing – Smile. It is a a choice we make. To let things get to us or to smile and move forward. knowing you can and will survive – whatever your going through: Losses, Rude people, things keep going wrong, etc. Whatever it is, know tomorrow is a new day. Look for the good in the bad, smile and show the world you won’t let anyone but you control how you feel. That to me is what a real warrior does. Now go have an Awesome week!!

Hello My Friends,
Now I am in California.
I’ve been traveling for about a month now. It has been quite the experience. I have had a much-needed breather and vacation. I am sad it is coming to an end. I have finally made it to California tho!!! I was moved almost to tears when I first got to Azuza where my aunt once lived. I had planned to visit her there but wasn’t able to visit her in CA at all. I only was able to visit her after she had moved out of state. It was a strange feeling finally visiting the town after many years of waiting. I felt closer to her, altho she is sadly no longer with us. Azuza was her home through some of her biggest life and career roles.
This past month has been about rediscovering myself and developing my faith. It has definitely been an answer to my prayers. I am pleased to say that I feel truly blessed and joyful again😊. I found joy and experiences in things I thought I couldn’t have for myself. I am truly grateful for this opportunity and endeavor of courage. I thank God for opening the doors and making ways for this to happen. Azuza was named after the Azuza Street revival in LA. There are numerous books on the revival.
Like the revival, I felt closer to God in California than I expected to. I had heard how bad that stare was faith wise the for many years… But there was this cross that as erected up hight somewhere. No matter where we went we could see it. It gave us, speedily me such peace…
It really moved me emotionally and reminded me of the movie Paul Hogan did. Titled “Almost an Angel” I suggest you watch it. It is definitely one of the best movies I have seen! I wish they made more movies like this!
Honesty I did not have as much time to write like I thought I would. However, I did work on my books when able. There was so much to do and take in! I mean look at this hotel!! It not only had a covered pool it had a swimming river that went under and around spots. I wish I had been able to swim… They also have gardens all over inside
I spent some time in Anaheim with my sister and her best friend.
Then we went to long beach to visit it with her friend and her family. I learned and participated in brewing coffee according to her friend’s home country’s customs. It is something that she does with company and gatherings. She roasted unroasted green coffee beans in a small flat iron pan/bowl over a burner outside. (Something we do with popcorn seeds.) When they were brown she then cooled them with a fan on an on a plate. Proceeding to grind them in a mortar and pestle. Then brewing the coffee in a traditional clay pot with water and some seasoning, topped with a horsehair plug to keep it from over boiling. Finally, when done she poured each of us some with a little cream if and sugar if we wished in tiny cups. It took a long time to make but it was well worth it! I wish I hadn’t have lost the images I took. Here is one I found as an example of the brewing jug and drinking cups. Kinda reminds me of a Saki set and jug, tea set, or Tai coffee set.
If you are interested in learning more about different ways different cultures do coffee you should go here. https://www.culturallyours.com/2019/10/12/traditional-ethiopian-coffee-ceremony/
She said she was sad she hadn’t any popcorn because she usually serves both together. It was a truly beautiful experience and she and her family have an amazing story. I loved each and every one of them ❤!
Stay safe and God blesses you today and Always!!

Hello All, Me again!
Well, who else would it be? *giggles* I have good news. You can watch the video or scroll past and read below. The video is only about two minutes long.
My blood levels are almost exactly where they need to be… The Spinage did the trick and you could say my PT/INR was re-set. Now it should all be fine. I go back in two weeks to make sure. Woot!
Other than that I am still cleaning… Sadly – my place was a mess, but not worthy enough to be on one of those hoarder shows. You know what I am talking about right? It wouldn’t take me so long expert I am going through every little thing and throwing stuff away or setting aside for donations. Along with that, I am sorting through my computer files looking for lost books and stuff I need to organize again. While I take care of pets, run errands, update social media and of course write. I was sick for so long I am way behind where I want to be so I am working hard to catch up and making sure I am not overdoing it. I am not the night owl I used to be, as I get stronger I will be back in full motion. Keeping a smile on my face helps. Life is stressful enough… I wanna spread smiles not stress! I am working hard to stay positive but at times it is overwhelming.
I am an author by definition, how I live my life and how I treat it is like one would treat a book being written. Authors are people too. Just like actors and singers. I wanna keep it “real – down to earth” as some may say. I want to show you that no matter how hard things get. You can survive this and you are not alone!
Also, yes I believe in Jesus, I do not believe I would be alive if it wasn’t for him. LITERALLY! There have been so many close calls… I talk about my faith here and there, it is my blog/website after all. As a writer, it just comes out because it is part of who I am. Yet – I will not force my faith on you. I believe in Love. Love can make a huge difference! I believe Jesus died for everyone – no matter what race, gender, or choices you make. Jesus loves you. John 3:16 It is up to you what you do with that knowledge. It is not my place to tell you what to do. It’s your life and your choice. I do want to say tho – Miracles are real, You are loved, and you are not alone if you don’t wanna be. Someone asked me once what if Jesus and God were not real at tge end… I answered: “If they aren’t that at least I choose to live with hope and it gives me strength believing there is some out there with me and looking out for me. I do believe that they are real tho 💯.
For one- The Bible says in the book o John Chapter 1 verses 1-6 (NIV) 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,(B) and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
Furthermore, there’s evidentiary proof all around. My life is also proof. I am constantly profounding Doctors.

Hey all! Happy New Year!
Out with the old and in with the New right? I don’t know about you but this year has been something dramatic novel! I feel as if a lot of what has happened the past few years has been surreal. Some great moments, among some very tying times. As if I was someone else watching my life as it happened. I can not at this time go into details of everything. In short Its been hard emotionally, mentally, and physically. My faith has truly been tested. There were times I thought I wouldn’t’t be able to handle it. Sometimes you are forced to make hard choices. I had to yet gain put my books on hold for various reasons.
I was surprised tho this Christmas when I received a gift from one of my biggest supporters. She gave me a Mac Pro laptop computer. It is not huge, but its is way more then I could have asked for or though to request. In return she expects me to publish some books this year. The wonderful woman is going though so much right now and yet she invested in me. I sure hope I don’t let her or any of you down. The Mac is so different from what I am used to. I do not have the programs, adaptor port, or mouse that I need yet. However, that will be rectified in a matter of days. From what I have discovered so far the Mac pro is amazing. This touch pad is great. I feel so bad, that still haven’t published any books since “God Supplies and Miracles Happen”. I have been without a computer for several moths. Plus Money has been extra tight. I feel truly blessed and completely surprised. I don’t feel worth it somedays. At times I felt I should give up… But then I am surprised you all still are here believing in me. I am truly humbled! I pray I can live up to your expectations and then some. I have an amazing group people in my life and a wonderful family. I want to remind you, God is bigger then the situations we are in. I sure pray this coming year is better for all of you. I love you all I am truly truly grateful! May this year bring you an abundance of blessings and open doors. God bless you today and always!😁
Dear Dreaders, Guess what… 😛 Yep……. My foot is still broken.
Dr said that it could take a year for it to heal. He said my break is a difficult one. It is across the middle of my foot. The bones he said are like this. (–) He said stay in the boot. He saw a girl yesterday. Who after 7 months is finally seeing her bones connect. I broke mine 4 months ago. The dr said surgery wouldn’t make much a difference because my bone may never heal so putting a screw in especially at this point won’t make big difference. In fact he said honestly it could prove to cause more issues if my foot doesn’t heal. I am on vitamin D and trying to stay off it as much as I can, however I am a pretty busy person and I don’t sit still well… I go back to see him in 6 weeks. I don’t sit still well but I am working on it. Do me a favor, don’t ever break your foot. It is really painful and it limits you so much more then I ever thought I would. I truly feel blessed that I still have my foot, and that things could be so much worse then they are… I have a big God who can do big things. I know this from personal experience. He has a plan! And I am trusting Him. I am Healed and I am just waiting for the manifestation of it! Till then I have lots to do and I will finally be forced to sit and work on my books with few excuses!

There was a massive fire only a street away from our house! It was super scary!!! It was started by a bad power-line. The flames ran up the side of the mountain and on to the bluff we live… It was defiantly life changing… Fear is powerful, it is brain numbing too at times… I rarely have faced a situation where I lost the power to think. I was mentally and physically frozen for a few minuets. So I prayed… Because that is what I do when I know not what to do, I ask God. And then I made mental notes of where the animals were, where what I needed to save was… I was faced with the reality. It is really interesting what really goes though your mind when faced with the question- There is a fire, what is the one thing you save? If the fire reached us, I would loose so many items, some collectors, none of them as important as the my family and pets… The first thing I thought of, was I have no pet carrier for the cats, what will I do with them? Let them outside to fend for themselves if it comes to it, animals are smart and they have instincts would they make it? No… I’ll try and wrap them in a towel put them in the car hope I don’t drop them on the way down… If I must I will… I told myself Then I quickly found my dog leash, and got her downstairs. (I live on a second story with stairs on the outside.) I kept a close eye on the fire. I have to say the Firemen were fast, brave and awesome! The news said we had only seven fire trucks, but I counted about thirty-three of all types.. There was even helicopters working hard to put the fire out!
I was about to pack up and get us all of us out of the house but then I looked over to the empty field next door and saw about ten deer peacefully eating grass and sleeping. After that I felt peace and I knew we would be safe. Just then the wind shifted and instead of blowing north it stated to blow west… Which was good! Soon after that They had the fire out near the homes, but the fire moved fast west… The poor firemen worked well into the night and into the next morning to get the massive fire out.
We were so blessed not to have any homes or people hurt in our small town. The firemen did an awesome job! God is so good! Sometimes still when I see smoke I quickly go over the emergency list I have prepared in my mind, what I need to do etc as i it were a natural reaction… Fear is a funny thing and very powerful… This whole thing was super scary but a great lesson of faith and a real test. One which I am glad we didn’t have to take!
♥Love ya, Amy Jane Sandberg
